Scorpion Bay Marina and Scorpion Bay Grill are now hiring for the 2026 season. Positions range from dockhands for the marina, plus multiple positions at the Grill including cooks, runners, hostesses, store associates, bussers, dishwashers, servers and prep cooks. Individuals 18 and older may apply to support Scorpion Bay Marina and the Grill as it enters its busiest season this spring and summer. Loyal patrons and new guests continue to seek out the calm and beauty of the lake, and seasonal attendance surges mean Scorpion Bay needs to expand its team.
Marina crew members will assist with keeping the marina running smoothly and safely. It is preferred that dock hands know how to swim and don’t get seasick. Those hired as dockhands will assist with fueling boats, catching and driving boats, instructing patrons on how to drive boats, general customer service and more.
